Breeding Qualification Criteria of the Finnish GP Club
In order to be eligible for the puppy list of the Finnish German Pinscher Club, a litter has to fulfill various breeding qualification criteria. Firstly, the dam and sire have to be HD and eye tested. The eye test result must be clear and is valid for eight months, and the HD result must be from A to C. The dam and sire must also have been qualified in an official show or have an approved breeding inspection critique. There are also requirements regarding the inbreeding coefficient (max 6,25% by 5 generations and not exceeding 10% by 8 generations) of the intended combination as well as the number of litters for each dam and sire. The maximum number of litters per sire is 4 and per dam is 3.
